Returns & Exchanges

At The Bike Shop, we want you to ride with confidence; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
