Do bikes arrive fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We include a multi-tool and step-by-step instructions in every box.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied, you can return your bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for bikes that show significant signs of wear.
How do I choose the right frame size?
We provide a comprehensive sizing chart on every product page based on height and inseam measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for more stability.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
Every bike purchased from The Bike Shop comes with a lifetime frame warranty and a one-year warranty on components against manufacturing defects.
